【摘要】 目的:研究自痔痤疮套扎术治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ期混合痔的近远期疗效及安全性。方法:选取2014年6月到2016年8月Ⅲ、Ⅳ期混合痔患者116例,采用分层随机分组法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各58例。对照组患者接受外剥内扎术(M-M)治疗,观察组患者接受自动痔疮套扎术(RPH)治疗,比较两组患者的手术时间、创面愈合时间、住院时间、术后VAS评分、手术治疗总有效率及并发症发生率。结果:观察组的手术总有效率(93.10%)明显高于对照组(77.59%,P<0.001);观察组的手术时间、创面愈合时间、住院时间及术后VAS评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组的总并发症发生率(6.89%)明显低于对照组(32.75%,P<0.001)结论:RPH治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ期混合痔的临床疗效显著,可促进创面的愈合,降低术后疼痛感,且治疗安全性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the short-term effect and safety of automatic ligation in the treatment ofⅢ or Ⅳ mixed hemorrhoids. Methods: 116 cases of Ⅲ or Ⅳ mixed hemorrhoids patients in our hospital from June 2014 to August 2016 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,58 cases in each group. The control group was treated by Milligan Morgan( M-M),while the observation group was treated with automatic ligation of hemorrhoids( RPH). The operation time,wound healing time,hospitalization time,postoperative VAS score,total effective rate and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results: The total operative efficiency of observation group( 93. 10%) was significantly higher than that of the control group( 77.59%)( P <0.001); the operation time,wound healing time,hospitalization time and postoperative VAS scores were significantly lower in the observation group than those of the control group( P <0.01); the incidence of complications of observation group( 6.89%) was significantly lower than that of the control group( 32.75%)( P <0.001). Conclusion: RPH is effective in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids at stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ. It can promote wound healing,reduce postoperative pain and has high safety.更多还原
