运动疗法对老年慢性左心室射血保留的心力衰竭患者的疗效研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨运动疗法在老年慢性左心室射血保留的心力衰竭(HF-PEF)患者中的疗效。方法:将130例老年慢性HF-PEF患者分成两组,均给予常规药物,观察组额外给予运动疗法。分别于治疗前和治疗8周后,收集两组患者的6min步行距离、心功能级别、左室射血分数、血浆N端B型脑钠肽前体(NT-pro BNP)和生活质量评分等指标进行统计分析。另随访24周比较两组患者的心血管病再次入院率和病死率。结果:治疗后两组患者的各项指标均较前改善(P<0.05),且观察组各项指标(除左室射血分数)均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。另观察组再次入院率明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在常规药物治疗的基础上给予运动疗法,可明显改善老年慢性HF-PEF患者的心脏功能,提高其运动耐力和生活质量。

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of exercise therapy in elderly patients with chronic heart failure with preserved left ventricular ejection fraction(HF-PEF). Methods: 130 elderly patients with chronic HF-PEF were divided into the observation group and the control group. The two groups were all received conventional medical treatment,but the observation group was given exercise therapy additionally. Before treatment and 8 weeks after treatment,the 6 minute walking distance,cardiac function level,left ventricular ejection fraction,plasma N terminal B type natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-pro BNP) and quality of life score were collected and analyzed in two groups. After 24 weeks of follow-up,the readmission rate and fatality rate were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment,all the indexes of the two groups were improved(P <0.05),and all indexes in the observation group(except left ventricular ejection fraction) were significantly better than those in the control group(P <0.05). The rate of readmission in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions: Exercise therapy based on routine drug therapy can significantly improve cardiac function,exercise endurance and quality of life in elderly patients with chronic HF-PEF.
