【摘要】 目的观察"三维一体"疗法对青少年近视患者的的临床疗效。方法选择符合诊断标准的120例青少年近视患者,按照随机、对照的方法,分为治疗组和对照组,分别采用三维一体疗法和珍视明滴眼液治疗,疗程4周。结果治疗组总有效率为72. 27%,对照组总有效率为13. 33%,2组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。治疗组眼睛局部症状及全身症状的改善明显优于对照组(P <0. 05),且视力的提高、视野敏感度的改善及视野缺损的修复均优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论三维一体疗法治疗青少年近视疗效显著,不仅可以明显提高患者的视力,且起效快,安全性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of three dimensional integration on juvenile myopia.Methods A total of 120 patients with myopia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The patients in treatment group and control group were treated by three dimensional integration and Zhenshiming eye drops?,respectively,with a treatment courses of 4 weeks for both groups. Results The total effective rates in treatment group and control group were72. 27% and 13. 33%,respectively. There were significant difference in effective rates between the two groups( P < 0. 05).The improvement of the local symptoms of eyes,systemic symptoms,visual acuity,visual field sensitivity and defect repair of visual field of the patients in treatment group were superior to those in control group( P < 0. 05).
