运动疗法量化干预对糖尿病周围神经病变的影响

【摘要】 目的探讨运动疗法量化干预对糖尿病周围神经病变的护理效果。方法收治的120例糖尿病周围神经病变患者进行相关护理干预以及运动疗法,采取常规护理的60例患者设为对照组,在常规护理基础上加用运动疗法量化干预的60例患者设为观察组,均治疗3个月对比2组临床治疗效果、空腹血糖以及餐后2 h血糖变化情况、胫后以及腓神经传导速度以及下肢运动能力(FMA)评分。结果观察组治疗有效率为96.67%显著高于对照组的81.67%(P<0.05);2组患者空腹血糖差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组餐后2 h血糖显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗前后胫后以及腓神经传导速度差异显著,观察组患者均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者治疗前后下肢运动能力(FMA)评分均有明显改善,观察组患者均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗过程中,进行积极的药物治疗配合日常护理对改善神经症状具有一定的疗效,同时进行运动疗法量化干预能显著提升下肢神经的传导速度,提升运动能力,能够明显提升患者的糖耐量,改善生活质量。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the nursing effects of qualitative intervention of exercise therapy on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods A total of 120 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy who were admitted and treated in our hospital from November 2012 to November 2015 were divided into control group and observation group,with 60 patients in each group. The patients in control group were treated by routine nursing,however,the patients in observation group,on the basis of control group,were treated by qualitative intervention of exercise therapy. After 3-month treatment,the clinical curative effects,fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose,the conduction velocity of posterior tibial and peroneal nerves and the scores of motor ability( FMA) in lower limbs were observed and compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate in observation group was 96. 67%,which was significantly higher than that( 81. 67%) in control group( P < 0. 05). There were no significant differences in fasting blood glucose levels between groups( P > 0. 05),however,the levels of 2-hour postprandial blood sugar in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group( P < 0. 05). The the conduction velocity of posterior tibial and peroneal nerves in observation group before and after treatment was significantly higher than that in control group( P < 0. 05). After treatment the FMA scores were obviously improved in both groups,moreover,which in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group( P < 0. 05).Conclusion During treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,active drug therapy combined with daily care has a certain effect on the improvement of neurological symptoms,at the same time,combined treatment with quantitative intervention of exercise therapy can significantly improve the conduction velocity of the nerves in lower limb,enhance motor capacity,increase glucose tolerance and improve life quality of patients.
