【摘要】 中国大鲵(Andrias davidianus)是我国特有的两栖物种,目前对于中国大鲵的研究,多涉及生物进化、生物多样性、性别决定分子机制等问题。而随着两栖动物皮肤分泌物研究的兴起,人们逐渐发现了大鲵的皮肤能够分泌大量的活性物质,这些分泌物具有较好的药用价值以及营养价值。本文整理和回顾了有关中国大鲵皮肤分泌物的营养成分,药理活性以及基因方面的研究成果,并对其以后需要深入研究的内容进行了展望,以期为研究者们提供有价值的参考资料。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chinese giant salamander(Andrias davidianus)is a unique amphibian species in China,and the current research on Chinese giant salamander is mainly about biological evolution,biodiversity,and the molecular mechanisms of gender deter mination.However,with the rise of the study of amphibian skin secretion,people gradually found that the skin of Chinese giant salamander can secrete large amounts of active substances,which have good medicinal and nutritional value.In order to provide valuable reference for researchers,we collated and reviewed the researches of Chinese giant salamander skin secretion,which involved nutritional composition,pharmacological activity and gene,and looked forward to its future research.更多还原
