【摘要】 解决好"三农"问题是"十三五"期间全党的工作重中之重。农民是"三农"中人的因素,人是生产力中首要的、决定的因素,也是最具主动性和能动性的力量,通过创业培训教育提高农民的综合素质和创业能力,对促进农民致富、农业发展、农村繁荣有着十分重要的意义。针对农民返乡创业对于解决"三农"问题的重要作用,分析返乡农民创业培训中存在的宣传不够、课程内容欠丰富等问题,提出向返乡农民传授知识技能、先进管理经验和"互联网+"营销模式等培训,以促进"三农"问题的更好解决。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is the top priority of the work of the whole party to solve the problem of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" during the "13 th Five-Year Plan" period. In the "three rural",farmers are the factors of people which are the primary and decisive factor in productivity,and the most active and dynamic force. It is of great significance to promote farmers’ enrichment,agricultural development and rural prosperity through entrepreneurship training and education,which can improve farmers’ comprehensive quality and entrepreneurial ability. The study explains the importance of helping farmers to return to their hometowns to solve the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,analyze the opportunities faced by returning farmers and the main problems in the current farmer returning entrepreneurship training, and put forward suggestions and strategies accordingly. It aims to promote a better solution to the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers by supporting the returning farmers through scientific and effective training.更多还原
