【Abstract】 The cracking reasons for SWRCH35 K cold heading steel during the production of fastener are analyzed,and the main reason is that the existence of non-metallic inclusions in the wire rod. Through improving the process of converter,refining and continuous casting,the performance of SWRCH35 K cold heading steel has been improved and the qualified rate of cold heading products has been raised.更多还原
