关于感应加热锅炉的温度控制

【摘要】 通过协调控制加热系统和冷却系统实现电磁感应加热锅炉温度的快速稳定,设计了一种基于模糊控制算法的双PID结构,实时采样实际温度与预设温度的偏差值及其变化率,通过模糊控制算法实时调整PID控制器的三个控制参数,实现对系统的响应速度和稳定性的优化;同时,在系统的反馈回路中引入预估补偿装置,将滞后因子提前反映到系统的前向控制器,削弱系统惯性带来的迟滞性影响.基于Simulink的仿真结果显示:基于模糊控制的双PID控制系统在响应速度和稳定性的优化、加热系统和冷却系统的协调控制方面性能良好.

【Abstract】 By conducting coordinated control for the heating and cooling systems to realize the fast and stable temperature of electromagnetic induction heating boiler,a double PID structure based on fuzzy control algorithm is designed.It samples the deviation between the actual temperature and the preset temperature as well as their rates of change in real time.The three parameters of PID controller are adjusted online through fuzzy control algorithm to optimize the response speed and stability of the system. At the same time,the predictive compensation device is introduced in the feedback loop of the system and the lag factor is forwarded to the forward controller of the system in advance,which weakens the hysteresis effect caused by the inertia of the system.The simulation results based on Simulink show that the dual-PID control system based on fuzzy control performs well in the optimization of response speed and stability,and the coordinated control of the heating system and the cooling system.
