基于FDTD的硅纳米管周期阵列光谱分析
Spectrum Analysis of Silicon Nanotube Arrays Based on Finite-Difference Time-Domain
【摘要】 采用时域有限差分(FDTD)法的数值模拟,系统研究了硅纳米管周期阵列的光透射谱和光反射谱.实验表明,硅纳米管周期阵列具有良好的红外和可见光吸收特性,研究结果为硅纳米管在光电器件方面的应用提供了理论基础.
【Abstract】 The Finite-Difference Time-Domain( FDTD) method was performed to determine the optical transmission spectrum and optical reflectance spectra of Silicon nanotube arrays. The results indicated that the Silicon nanotube arrays displayed superior photo absorption performance of infrared and visible light.The calculated results have provided important theoretical guidance for the applications of Silicon nanotube arrays in the optical detectors.
