关于密立根油滴实验动态法的讨论
Discussion on Dynamic Method of the Millikan Oil Drop Experiment
【摘要】 利用ZKY-MLG-6 CCD显微密立根油滴仪测量电子的电荷量,通过反复实验,分析油滴电荷量的大小、阀门关闭与否对实验的影响,讨论初始电压、工作电压的选择范围.得到的结论为:(1)不管是用平衡法还是用动态法测量电子的电荷量,油滴的电荷量较大时,测量结果更为准确;(2)用动态法测量电子的电荷量时,阀门关闭与否对测量并没有明显的影响;(3)用动态法测量带大电荷量的油滴,初始电压分别为300 V和400 V,工作电压分别为平衡电压的1.5、2.0和2.5倍时,测量结果都较好.
【Abstract】 In this paper,through repeated experiment,the oil drop with big or small charge quantity and valve closed or not are analyzed to impact on the experiment,and the range of options for the initial voltage and working voltage is discussed using the ZKY-MLG-6 CCD microscope Millikan oil drop instrument.The conclusions are as follows:(1) It is more accurate to measure the oil drop with big charge quantity by the balance method or dynamic method;(2)When measuring the charge quantity of oil drop with dynamic method,whether valve closed or not has no significant effect on the measurement;(3)When measuring the oil drop with large charge quantity by dynamic method,the initial voltage is 300 V and 400 V respectively,the working voltage is 1.5,2.0 and 2.5 times of the balance voltage,the results are good.
