基于临界水位下地下水“红黄蓝”分区划分研究
Research on the “red and yellow blue” line and the subdivision of groundwater under the critical water level
【摘要】 河北省地表水资源匮乏,地下水超采严重。以南水北调受水区为研究区,在分析研究区地表水和地下水资源状况的基础上,采用水位动态法,以地下水位变幅为动态指标、以临界水位为静态指标,提出了水位变幅和临界水位双指标控制的地下水"红黄蓝"线划分标准。利用近期降水周期的10年地下水监测资料计算全省地下水位下降速率,依据确定的地下水"红黄蓝"线划分标准,给出了河北省现状评价期内地下水红、黄、蓝、白分区的系列成果,为河北省地下水资源管理和实行最严格的水资源管理制度提供更加科学全面、准确可靠的依据。
【Abstract】 In Hebei province,the water resources are s carce,and the groundwater is over-mining.This paper in the full analysis of the condition of surface water and groundwater in the study area, apoting Dynamic method of water level,with amplitude of ground water level and critical water table as the dynamic and static indicator,double index is proposed and the critical water level variation range of water level control of groundwater by the standard of "red yellow blue" line. Using the recent ten years precipitation cycle of groundwater monitoring data of underground water level drop rate,on the basis of status evaluation in hebei province is given by the standard of period of underground red, yellow, blue, white partitio n series,for the management of groundwater resources in hebei province and the strictest water resources management system to provide more scientific and comprehensive,accurate and reliable basis.
