28份四倍体糯稻材料南繁千粒重初探

【摘要】 以28份四倍体糯稻材料,对其种子的千粒重进行了考察,以期为多倍体水稻(Oryza sativa L.)育种提供参考。结果表明,四倍体糯稻千粒重在30~40 g的样本占比最大,其次是40~45 g的样本比例,偏大粒的大于45 g的较少见,偏小粒的小于30 g的不仅少见,而且可能是回复二倍体糯稻。

【Abstract】 To provide a reference for the breeding of polyploid rice(Oryza sativa L.), the 1 000-grain weight of 28 tetraploid glutinous rice materials was inverstigated. The results showed that the percentage of samples with 1 000-grain weight of tetraploid glutinous rice ranging from 30 to 40 grams was the largest, and the number of samples between 40 and 45 grams was follow. Those larger than 45 grams were rare, those smaller than 30 grams were not only rare, but also possible to restore diploid glutinous rice, rather than tetraploid glutinous rice.
