湖北省羊衣原体流行病学调查

【摘要】利用间接血凝(IHA)和酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA),对湖北省羊养殖场进行了衣原体流行病学调查。结果表明,羊衣原体在湖北省平均阳性率为10.7%,湖北省羊衣原体感染率保持稳定。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this study, indirect hemagglutination kits and ELISA were used to investigate the epidemiology of Chlamydia in goat farms in different regions of Hubei province. The results showed that the average positive rate of chlamydia goat in these regions is 10.7%. The rate of Chlamydia in Hubei province is basically the same as that of previous years.更多还原
