不同覆盖方式对黑花生叶片光合特性及品质性状的影响
Effects of Different Mulching Patterns on Leaf Photosynthetic Characters and Quality Traits in Black Peanut
【摘要】 为了研究秸秆和地膜2种覆盖方式对黑花生生长发育的影响,在大田条件下,以黑花生品种(系)豫花黑1号和临黑3号为试验材料,分析叶片光合特性和籽粒品质的变化规律。结果表明:地膜和秸秆覆盖均可改善耕层土壤的水分环境,促进黑花生植株的主茎高、侧枝长和分枝数,全膜覆盖效应要优于其他方式和对照;全膜覆盖可显著增加叶面积指数、净光合速率、蒸腾速率、胞间CO2浓度和气孔导度值,提高叶片光合效率,要好于半膜和秸秆覆盖; 4种方式可不同程度地提高籽粒含油量、粗蛋白、油酸含量等品质性状,对籽粒锌元素含量的促进效应大于对硒含量的影响;豫花黑1号品种稳定性较好,而临黑3号更具环境可塑性。
【Abstract】 In order to study on the effect of black peanut’s growth and development under plastic-film and straw mulching patterns,we carried out YH1 and LH3 as experimental material in field condition,which was used for analyzing the change rule of leaf photosynthetic traits and grain quality traits. According to the results,plastic and straw mulching were shown to improve moisture condition in plow layer soil,which also promoted black peanut plants’ main stem height,lateral branch length and branch number. Effects of whole plastic-film mulching pattern were better than others and the control. Whole plastic-film mulching pattern could increase LAI,Pn,Tr,Ci,Gs value and photosynthetic efficiency significantly,which was better than half-film and straw mulching patterns. Four patterns could increase grain oil content,crude protein,oleic acid content quality traits value in different levels,but this change was not significant. Mulching patterns had more facilitating effect in grain Zn content than Se content. YH1 had better cultivars’ stability,while more environment resiliency was shown in LH3.
