【摘要】 随着"一带一路"倡议的实施和企业"互联网+外贸"的转型升级,中国的跨境电子商务呈爆发式增长,对高素质跨境电商人才需求日益迫切。针对高校跨境电商人才培养存在的问题,从企业人才需求出发,提出了以能力为导向的跨境电商人才培养模式。通过确定人才培养目标,建立系统化的课程体系,构建多元化人才培养平台,强化实践教学,加强师资队伍建设等措施,推动跨境电子商务人才培养模式改革。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the implementation of " The Belt and Road",the transformation and upgrading of enterprise " Internet plus foreign trade",cross-border e-commerce showed explosive growth in China and the need for high-quality cross-border traders is increasingly pressing. Regarding present problems of the cross-border e-commerce training in colleges and universities and starting from the enterprise talent demand,this paper put forward the ability-oriented talents training model of cross-border e-commerce in colleges and universities. By determining personnel training objectives,establishing a systematic curriculum system,building a platform for diversified personnel training,strengthening practical teaching and strengthening the construction of teachers,the reform of the training mode of cross-border e-commerce talents can be promoted.更多还原
