热力管道焊接裂纹产生原因分析及修复工艺
Cause Analysis and Repairing Process of Welding Cracks in Thermal Pipes
【摘要】 某城市供热管道安装工程中,有一道焊口出现裂纹,通过对裂纹的宏观特征及断口形貌分析,判断为结晶裂纹,本文主要分析了裂纹产生原因,提出返修工艺,并应用于返修实践中,以确保焊接质量.
【Abstract】 In a city heating pipe installation project,there is a crack in the weld joint.Through the analysis of the macroscopic characteristics of the crack and the fracture morphology,it is judged as a crystalline crack.This paper mainly analyzes the cause of the crack,proposes the repair process,and applies it to practice to ensure the quality of welding.
