【Abstract】 The report of the 19 th National People’s Congress(NPC) pointed out that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era. Facing the new era, new development and new problems, it was objectively requested to innovate and improve the theoretical paradigm of political economics constantly,and to promote the healthy and sustainable development of our economy through the theory of political economics that is advancing with the times and innovation. Under the New Normal, the innovation of theoretical paradigm of socialist political economics with Chinese characteristics should adhere to the scientific development concept which is based on practice,the people as the center,and the problem as the guidance,and its development direction should focus on research starting point, research scope and research methods in terms of continuous innovation,fundamentally promoting the sinicization of Marxist political economics.更多还原
