【摘要】 李克强总理在2015年政府报告中提出,要在全社会打造"大众创业、万众创新"的局面。培养"掌握基本的创新方法,具有追求创新的态度和意识"的工程类学生也是国际工程教育认证的重要理念。南京工业大学机械与动力工程学院多年坚持自己特色,努力使学生具备工程实践、创新发展、团队合作和终身创业等四种能力。协同校内校外各方面资源,建立"一二三四"的工程创新人才培养模式,一是以导师制为引导,二是以大学生创新基地和创业基地为实践平台、三是以大学生创新训练计划、创业训练计划、创新基金为项目运作抓手,四是以学科基础知识竞赛、学科工程实践竞赛、学科创新竞赛、创业计划竞赛为实践途径,为大学生提供了认识社会、增长才干的能力提升通道,促进了理论与实践的融合。同时培养提高本专业大学生在工程实践、创新发展、团队合作和终身创业等方面的能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Premier Li Keqiang pointed out in his government report in 2015 that we should create a situation of"mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation"in the whole society. It is also an important idea of international engineering education certification to cultivate engineering students who have mastered basic innovation methods and have the attitude and consciousness of pursuing innovation. The College of Mechanical and Power Engineering of Nanjing University of Technology has persisted in its own characteristics for many years,striving to equip students with four abilities: engineering practice,innovation and development,teamwork and lifelong entrepreneurship. Cooperate with all kinds of resources inside and outside school to establish the training mode of"1234"engineering innovative talents. One is guided by the tutorial system,the other is based on the practice platform of university students’ innovation base and entrepreneurship base,the third is based on university students’ innovation training plan,entrepreneurship training plan and innovation fund,and the fourth is based on learning. The basic knowledge competition,engineering practice competition,innovation competition and business plan competition are the practical approaches,which provide college students with the ability to understand the society and increase their talents,and promote the integration of theory and practice. At the same time,we should cultivate and improve the students’ abilities in engineering practice,innovation and development,teamwork and lifelong entrepreneurship.更多还原
