基于OBE-CDIO的机械卓越工程师一体化课程体系构建
Construction of Integrated Curriculum System for Mechanical Excellent Engineers Based on OBE-CDIO
【摘要】 工程能力培养不足造成"学用落差""人才供需失衡"问题突出,如何提升课程品质,达成培养目标,满足企业需求,一直是各高校深切关注的问题。以成果导向教育理念和CDIO教学模式为指导,以"知识、能力、素质"一体化培养为目标,针对地方院校机械"卓越工程师"培养要求,重构培养目标、培养标准,构建"以项目实施为主线、课程群为支撑、实习及实训"有机融合的三级项目式课程体系。实践表明,该体系有利于培养学生的工程能力,提升培养质量,实现"学用合一",促进教学与就业双贏。
【Abstract】 Insufficient training in engineering ability leads to the problem of"gap between learning and applying"and"imbalance between supply and demand of talents". How to improve the quality of courses,achieve training target and meet the needs of enterprises have always been a matter of great concern to colleges and universities. Guided by the concept of the outcome-based education and CDIO teaching mode,taking"knowledge,ability and quality"as the goal,aiming at the training requirements of"excellent engineers"in local colleges and universities,reconstructing training objectives and training standards. The three level project systems are organically integrated with "project implementation as the main line,curriculum group as support,practice and training". Practice shows that the system is conducive to cultivating students’ engineering ability,improving the quality of training,achieving"theory and practice integrated"and promoting win-win teaching and employment.
