绢云母片岩粗粒料湿化变形规律研究

【摘要】 谷城-竹溪的高速公路大量使用绢云母片岩粗粒料作为路基填料,为研究其湿化变形特性及发展规律,本文采用双线法,对不同密度的绢云母片岩粗粒料分别进行了干、湿条件下的大型三轴试验,并对湿化变形规律进行了分析。结果表明,绢云母片岩粗粒料的湿化变形过程大致呈现两个阶段,湿化应变与轴向偏应力曲线存在较明显的临界湿化应变点。转折点前,湿化应变增长较快;转折点后,湿化应变增长变缓,趋于平稳。围压不同,密度相同时,转折点所对应的湿化应变值相差不大;密度增大时,曲线有所波动,相比较小密度的曲线,不同围压下转折点的湿化应变值整体呈减小趋势。推导了能反映粗粒料湿化变形发展规律的经验公式,并结合第4种围压条件下的试验数据进行对比分析,结果较为吻合,所得经验公式可用于分析高速公路路堤在实际施工条件下的湿化变形的大小和发展规律。

【Abstract】 Gucheng-Zhuxi Expressway uses a large amount of sericite schist coarse aggregate as a roadbed filler in order to study the characteristics of its wet deformation and the development law,this paper uses a two-lane method,the two density of sericite schist coarse aggregate respectively.The large-scale triaxial tests under dry and wet conditions were carried out,and the wet deformation rules were analyzed.The results show that the wet deformation process of sericite schist roughly takes place in two stages,and the wetting strain and axial deviatoric stress curve have obvious critical wetting strain points.When the confining pressures and densities are the same,the wetting strain values corresponding to the turning points on the wetting deformation curve are not different.When the sample density increases,the curves fluctuate.Compared with the low density curve,the wetting strain corresponding to the turning point generally shows a decreasing trend.The empirical formula that can reflect the development of the wet deformation of coarse aggregate is deduced and compared with the test data under the fourth confining pressure conditions.The results are in good agreement with each other.The empirical formula can be used to analyze the size and development of the humidification and deformation of expressway embankment in the actual construction conditions.
