行星式薄壁不锈钢钢管切管机的切削力分析

【摘要】 薄壁不锈钢管具有优良的力学性能和耐腐蚀性能,然而,切割这种钢管的设备存在着成本高或者精度较低的问题。基于此,提出行星式双刀对称偏心安装的切削方式切管机,它利用转动行星齿轮上偏心安装的刀具对钢管进行切割。对刀具切削力的分析是设计切管机的重点。首先,对不锈钢管切削区进行分析;然后对切削力进行分析并给出合理的计算公式;最后确定切割刀具受到的切削力。

【Abstract】 The thin-walled stainless steel pipes have excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.However,the existing cutting equipment has the problems of high cost or low precision.Based on this,a cutting machine with symmetrical twin-cutter of eccentric mounting is put forward.It is used to cut the steel pipe by rotating the eccentric mounted tools on the planetary gear.The analysis of the cutting force of the tool is the focus of designing the cutting machine.First,the stainless steel pipe cutting area is analyzed;then the cutting force is analyzed and a reasonable calculation formula is given;finally the cutting force of the cutting tool is determined.
