MicroRNA-3198、microRNA-8084、microRNA-7515和microRNA-3613-3P在卵巢癌中的表达及临床意义

【摘要】 目的比较miRNA-3198、miRNA-8084、miRNA-7515和miRNA-3613-3P在初治卵巢癌原发灶、转移灶、复发卵巢癌和卵巢上皮性良性肿瘤组织中的表达情况。方法选取2010年10月—2016年11月就诊于解放军白求恩国际和平医院妇产科的卵巢肿瘤患者60例,根据术后病理类型分为初治卵巢癌原发灶组织(A组)15例、初治卵巢癌转移灶组织(B组)15例、复发卵巢癌组织(C组)16例和卵巢上皮性良性肿瘤组织(D组)14例。利用qRT-PCR方法检测卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织中4种miRNA的表达情况。结果 miRNA-3198、miRNA-7515、miRNA-8084分别在A、B和C组中均为低表达(P<0.05),miRNA-3198在A组中表达水平最低。miRNA-3613-3P在A组和C组中均为低表达(P<0.05)。结论 miRNA-3198可能在卵巢癌的发生发展、转移及复发过程中均有一定作用,miRNA-7515和miRNA-8084可能参与卵巢癌的发生,miRNA-3613-3P可能参与卵巢癌的转移与复发。

【Abstract】 Objective To compare differential expressions of microRNA-3198,microRNA-8084,microRNA-7515 and microRNA-3613-3 P in primary focus of ovarian cancer,ovarian cancer metastases,recurrent ovarian cancer and epithelial ovarian benign tumor tissues. Methods A total of 60 ovarian tumor patients admitted during October 2010 and November 2016 were divided into primary ovarian cancer tissues( n = 15,group A),ovarian cancer metastases tissues( n = 15,group B),recurrent ovarian cancer tissues( n = 16,group C) and epithelial ovarian benign tumor tissues( n =14,group D) according to postoperative pathological types. Real-time polymerase chain reaction( RT-PCR) was used to detect the 4 kinds of miRNA expressions in epithelial ovarian tumor tissues. Results MiRNA-3198,miRNA-7515 and miRNA-8084 respectively showed low expressions in group A,B and C( P < 0. 05),and the miRNA-3198 expression in group A was the lowest. MiRNA-3613-3 P showed low expressions both in group A and C( P < 0. 05). Conclusion MiRNA-3198 may have some effects on pathogenesy,development,metastasis and recurrence of ovarian cancer. MiRNA-7515 and miRNA-8084 may be involved in development of ovarian cancer. MiRNA-3613-3 P may be involved in metastasis and recurrence of ovarian cancer.
