神经节苷脂辅助治疗脑梗死效果及其对认知功能恢复情况分析

【摘要】 目的探讨神经节苷脂辅助治疗脑梗死效果及对认知功能恢复、NSE和IL-10水平表达的影响。方法选取2015年5月—2016年4月在新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院神经内科接受治疗的脑梗死84例,按照治疗方法分为观察组和对照组,每组42例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用神经节苷脂治疗。比较两组治疗后临床效果,记录治疗前、后神经功能缺损评分(NHISS)、日常生活能力(ADL)、简明精神状态量表(MMSE)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)变化。结果两组治疗后血清NSE、IL-10;hs-CRP、TNF-α及NHISS评分均较治疗前下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组ADL评分、MMSE评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用神经节苷脂辅助治疗脑梗死,能够有效改善认知功能,降低血清NSE以及IL-10的水平。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate effectiveness of Ganglioside in adjunctive therapy of patients with cerebral infarction and its effects on cognitive function recovery and expressions of neuron-specific enolase( NSE) and interleukin-10( IL-10). Methods A total of 84 patients with cerebral infarction admitted during May 2015 and April 2016 were divided into observation group and control group( n = 42 for each group) according to treatment methods. Control group was given conventional treatment,while observation group was added with Ganglioside on the basis of treatment for control group. In two groups,curative effectiveness was compared,and changes of neurologic impairment score [National Institute of Health Stroke Scale( NHISS) ],activity of daily living( ADL),mini mental state examination( MMSE),C reactive protein( CRP),serum tumor necrosis factor alpha( TNF-α),NSE,IL-10 levels before and after treatment were recorded. Results After treatment,serum NSE,IL-10,high sensitive-CRP( hs-CRP) and TNF-α levels were significantly decreased in two groups,and the levels in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group( P <0. 05); NHISS scores were significantly decreased in two groups,and the score in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group( P < 0. 05); ADL scores were significantly increased in two groups,and the score in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group( P < 0. 05); MMSE scores were significantly improved in two groups,and the score in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group( P < 0. 05); the total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Ganglioside in adjunctive therapy of patients with cerebral infarction may effectively improve cognitive function and reduce serum NSE and IL-10 expressions.
