在线学习者满意度问卷调查及数据分析——基于河北广播电视大学的在线学习者

【摘要】 2015年河北广播电视大学使用国家开放大学的MOODLE学习平台进行在线教学,基于平台特点对课程的学习指南服务、考核模式、学习支持服务、学习资源等方面进行了系列改革。为检验其教学效果,河北广播电视大学组织了全省各级电大开展了学习者满意度的问卷调查。数据结果表明,系列改革是有成效的,总体上提高了学习者的满意度。其中对学习指南服务的满意度最高;其余依次为课程考核和课程资源,需要一定程度上加强网络考核工作和课程资源的一体化设计;而学习支持服务的满意度最低,需要进一步完善关于学业、技术、情感多方位的学习支持服务,积极探索网络同步教学模式,有效解决学习者的工学矛盾。

【Abstract】 In 2015, Hebei Radio and TV University used the MOODLE learning platform of the Open University of China to conduct online teaching. based on the characteristics of the platform. It carried out a series of reforms on the course’s learning guide service, assessment mode, learning support services and learning resources. In order to test its teaching effect, Hebei Radio and TV University organized a questionnaire survey of learner satisfaction at all levels of the province. The results of the data show that the series of reforms are effective and generally improve learners satisfaction. The highest degree of the satisfaction is the learning guide service; the rest are successively course assessment and curriculum resources, which shows the need to strengthen the integrated design of the network assessment work and curriculum resources to a certain extent. Comparatively the learning support service satisfaction is the lowest. It is necessary to further improve the learning support services for academic, technical and emotional multi-faceted learning, actively explore the network synchronous teaching mode, and effectively solve the problem of learner’s conflict between working and learning.
