高校教师知识产权侵权行为与预防策略研究
Analysis and Preventive Strategies on Infringement of Intellectual Property Rights of University Teachers
【摘要】 网络信息时代知识传播共享更加便利,高校教师在知识运用与创新过程中常游走在知识产权侵权的边缘,缺乏正确的认识和必要的知识产权知识,科研活动中出现各类侵权行为的几率大大增加。为避免侵犯他人知识产权,需要教师端正认识,应崇尚科学,严谨治学;还要深入学习知识产权法,提高知识产权保护意识和能力;并加强学术自律,掌握学术规范,避免学术不端行为。
【Abstract】 In the age of network information,with the convenience of knowledge dissemination and sharing,college teachers often walk on the edge of intellectual property infringement in the process of knowledge application and innovation.Without correct understanding of intellectual property and necessary knowledge,the probability of various infringements in scientific research activities will greatly increase.In order to avoid infringing other people’s intellectual property rights,teachers should correct their understanding,advocate science and study rigorously,study laws of intellectual property in depth,raise awareness and ability of intellectual property protection,strengthen academic self-discipline,master academic norms and avoid academic misconduct.
