【摘要】 中国种植业正处于"粮经饲"作物协调发展的三元结构构建中,粮食主产区承载着保障国家粮食安全和促进农民收入增长的双重使命,调整优化该区域种植结构具有重要现实意义。通过对河北省主要农作物生产现状的基本描述,可以发现全省种植业仍以"粮经"二元结构为主导;运用综合比较优势指数法,对全省粮食作物和经济作物的种植比较优势进行实证分析,结果表明:与全国平均水平相比,前者比较优势主要体现在生产规模上,后者比较优势主要体现在生产效率上,两类作物生产的国内竞争力整体上不强;基于比较优势,提出今后河北省种植业结构调整方向的政策性建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present,the planting industry in our country is in the construction about the coordinated development of"grain-economic-feed"crops ternary structure.The main grain producing areas bear the dual mission about guaranteeing national food security and promoting farmers’ income growth.It has important practical significance to adjust and optimize the planting structure in this area.Based on the basic descriptions about the main crop production in Hebei province,it can be found that the provincial planting industry is still dominated by the "grain-economic" binary structure.Then this paper uses the method of comprehensive comparative advantage index to conduct the empirical analysis about the comparative advantages of planting the main grain and economics crops in the province.Compared with the national average level,the computational results show that the former comparative advantage is reflected in the production scale,the latter comparative advantage is embodied in production efficiency,while the domestic competitiveness of two crop productions is not strong overall.Finally,based on the comparative advantages,this paper puts forward the policy suggestion on the adjustment direction of planting structure in Hebei province.更多还原
