正交试验优选安坤胶囊的提取工艺
Optimization of Extraction Technology of An Kun Capsule by Orthogonal Test
【摘要】 目的优选安坤胶囊的提取工艺。方法以溶剂量、提取次数、溶剂浓度为考察因素,分别以延胡索乙素、盐酸水苏碱作为评价指标,采用L9(34)正交试验表优选提取工艺。结果优选的提取工艺为延胡索组10倍量于生药的75%乙醇回流提取两次,1次2h,过滤,滤液减压回收乙醇,浓缩至浸膏,真空干燥至干浸膏;益母草组优选工艺为12倍于生药量的水煎煮3次,1次1h,水提醇沉,浓缩,加醇使溶液含醇60%,静置24h,过滤,滤液减压回收乙醇,浓缩至浸膏,真空干燥至干浸膏;两组浸膏粉碎,过80目筛,喷入苍术挥发油,混合其它细粉,混匀,装胶囊既得。结论该工艺科学、简便、可行。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction process of An Kun capsule.METHODS Taking solvent content,extraction times and solvent concentration as the investigation factors,the extraction process was optimized by using L9(34) orthogonal test table.RESULTS The optimum extraction process for Rhizoma Corydalis group 10 times the amount of crude in 75% ethanol extracted for two times,2 h each time,filtration,filtrate recycling ethanol,concentrating,vacuum drying and dry extract;motherwort group preferred process was 12 times of the weight of the raw water was three times,1 h each time,water ethanol,ethanol concentration,the solution containing 60% alcohol,static 24 h,filtration,the filtrate vacuum recovery of ethanol,concentrating,vacuum drying and crushing dry extract;two group extract,80 mesh sieve,injection of Atractylodes volatile oil,mixed with other fine powder,mixing,capsules have.CONCLUSION The process is scientific,simple and feasible.
