【Abstract】 It is very important for the development of traditional Chinese medicine to screen the active components from traditional Chinese medicine. At present,there are many methods and techniques for screening active components of traditional Chinese medicine. This paper reviews the research progress of the active components screening methods for traditional Chinese medicine in recent years. And some active components screening methods based on the separation and identification of active components,serum drug chemistry and serum pharmacology,metabolomics,molecular recognition technology and computer virtualization technology are introduced respectively in this paper.
