【摘要】 目的干预电子医嘱用量录入错误,保证患者的安全用药。方法在医院信息系统(HIS)基础上,通过自主研发系统应用软件,在现有的HIS系统里嵌入用量限制模块,对超量使用的药品医嘱在调配前进行自动拦截。结果用量限制模块的应用对超量使用的医嘱进行拦截,起到很好的干预效果。结论用量限制模块的应用避免了用药错误,保证了患者的用药安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To interfere with the dosage entering errors of electronic medical orders to ensure patient safety medication. METHODS On the basis of hospital information system( HIS),through the application software of independent research and development system,the amount limiting module was embedded in the existing HIS system,and the excessive use of drug orders was automatically intercepted before deployment. RESULTS The application of dosage restriction module intercepted the excessive use of doctor’ s advice,and had good intervention effect. CONCLUSION The application of dosage restriction module avoids medication errors and ensure patient safety medication.更多还原
