微透析技术在药学研究中的应用
Application of Microdialysis Technology in Pharmaceutical Research
【摘要】 在药学研究中,许多研究都依赖于对血液、活体组织中的药物浓度或内源性生理活性物质浓度的测定;通过检测生物体活体组织中的药物浓度或内源性生理活性物质浓度,可得到药代动力学参数结果,有利于指导临床合理用药、诊断和治疗药物中毒以及推动新药的开发。而大多数的生化和药理反应都发生在活体组织中;通过微透析技术可从活体组织中进行取样,再联合相应的分析技术就可进行检测。本文主要综述了微透析技术发展现状及其在药学研究(药物临床研究、药物监测和新药开发等方面)中的应用,并描述了微透析技术可作为一种给药途径的新进展。
【Abstract】 In pharmaceutical research,many studies relies on drug concentration in blood,living tissue or determination the concentration of endogenous activemolecules. By testing drug concentration in living tissue or the concentration of endogenous physiological activemolecules,pharmacokinetic parameters can be obtained. These results are helpful to guide clinical drug use,diagnosis and treatment of drug poisoning and to promote the development of new drugs. Most of the biochemical and pharmacological response occur in living organisms,using microdialysis technology to get samples from living tissue,results can be got without take tissues. This review mainly discribed the current situation of the development of microdialysis technology and its application in pharmaceutical research( drug clinical research,drug monitoring and development of new drugs,etc.),the application of micro dialysis and describes the technology can be used as a means of delivery of the new progress.
