【摘要】 目的建立高效液相色谱法（HPLC）测定含精氨酸的注射用灯盏花素中精氨酸的含量。方法采用的色谱柱为Agilent TC-C₁₈（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）,50mmol·L^-1磷酸二氢钾∶乙腈（95∶5）为流动相,检测波长206nm。结果精氨酸在200μg·mL^-1至1500μg·mL^-1之间呈良好的线性关系,相关系数（r）为0.9996,回收率为99.93%,相对标准偏差（RSD）为0.9%,n=9。用该法测定注射用灯盏花素中精氨酸的平均含量约为11.79mg。结论该法专属性好、重复性好、快速、准确,能作为部分含精氨酸的注射用灯盏花素中精氨酸含量测定的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC for determination of Arginine in Breviscapine for Injection. METHODS Agilent TC-C₁₈（ 4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5μm） was used as chromatographic column,50 mmol·L^-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate ∶ acetonitrile（ 95 ∶ 5） as mobile phase,and the detection wavelength was at206 nm. RESULTS The liner correlation observed was in the rang of 200μg · mL^-1 to 1500μg · mL^-1,r =0. 9996,The average recovery was 99. 93%,RSD was 0. 9%,n = 9. The average content of Arginine in Breviscapine for Injection was about 11. 79 mg by using this method.
