【摘要】 目的建立蔓胡颓子根的HPLC指纹图谱并对其进行化学模式识别。方法采用HPLC法对10批次蔓胡颓子根药材进行指纹图谱构建,运用指纹图谱参数共有峰、n强峰和相似度进行分析,并对图谱进行聚类分析和主成分分析。结果建立了蔓胡颓子根的HPLC指纹图谱,得到了13个共有峰,相似度在0.965~0.982。结论蔓胡颓子根的HPLC指纹图谱的构建和化学模式的识别为药材质量控制提供更全面的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Eleagni Radix et Caulis and to identify the chemical pattern. METHODS Using HPLC method for 10 batches Eleagni Radix et Caulis fingerprint construction,using the fingerprint parameters of common peak,n strong peak was analyzed,and the similarity and cluster analysis and principal component analysis was carried out on the map. RESULTS The HPLC fingerprint of Eleagni Radix et Caulis was established,13 common peaks were obtained,and the similarity was 0. 965-0. 982. CONCLUSION The establishment of HPLC fingerprint and the identification of the chemical pattern of Eleagni Radix et Caulis are more comprehensive reference for the quality control of medicinal materials.更多还原
