免疫抑制剂子囊霉素分离制备的研究

【摘要】 目的建立适合工业化生产的子囊霉素分离制备新工艺。方法通过考察p H对发酵液稳定性和固液分离的影响、筛选菌丝提取溶媒、萃取溶剂、脱色介质和结晶条件,结果优化了子囊霉素分离制备条件,并建立其中试制备新工艺。连续制备三批子囊霉素,其纯度均达96%以上,收率超过50%。结论新工艺操作简便,分离效果显著,适合于子囊霉素的工业化生产。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To estabilish a new process for the industrial production of ascomycin. METHODS The optimal conditions for the extraction and purification of ascomycin were obtained by further investigation of the stability of ascomycin for p H and effect on solid-liquid separation of fermentation broth,screening for the extraction solvent,decolorization medium and crystallization conditions. RESULTS The new process was verified by three batches of ascomycin production,while the general recovesy of ascomycin was over 50%,and the purity of ascomycin reached 96% or higher. CONCLUSION The new method for preparation of ascomycin was simple,and suitable for industrial production.
