【摘要】 在福建一果桑园发现台湾长果桑受根结线虫的侵染,表现为:根部有明显根结,根结组织内可见雌虫,卵囊产于根结内。运用形态学及特异引物PCR扩增的方法对分离获得的根结线虫进行种类鉴定,确定该根结线虫为南方根结线虫(Meloidogyne incognita)。台湾长果桑根结线虫病在我国大陆为首次报道。更多还原

【Abstract】 The root-knot nematodes were found from infested Morus macroura Miq. in a mulberry garden in Fujian. The galls on roots were obvious. Females were seen in the galls. Egg masses were deposited within the gall. By using morphology and species-specific PCR amplification,the root-knot nematodes were identified as Meloidogyne incognita. This is the first report of root-knot nematode disease of Morus macroura in Mainland China.更多还原
