【摘要】 目的分析贵阳市多家医院临床分离的大肠埃希氏菌中产CTX-M-1型产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)的基因序列。方法收集大肠埃希菌74株,CLSI推荐的微量肉汤稀释法确证非重复产ESBLs大肠埃希菌47株,将已扩增的聚合酶链式反应(PCR)产物进行基因测序,并用NCBI数据库中的BLASTN比对测序结果。结果 47株ESBLs基因阳性菌株中,14株携带CTX-M-1组基因。随机选取部分PCR扩增阳性产物进行DNA测序分析,结果显示表达CTX-M-1组基因阳性菌株的亚型为CTX-M-15型;结论本市感染产ESBLs大肠埃希菌中产CTXM-1型耐药基因存在亚型为CTX-M-15的基因型。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the gene sequence of CTX-M-1 type extended spectrum beta lactamases(β-lactamase)producing Escherichia coli isolated from several hospitals in Guiyang.Methods The collection of Guiyang city hospital clinical isolates of 74 strains of Escherichia coli,broth dilution method recommended by CLSI was non repeating ESBLs producing Escherichia coli 47 strains,the PCR products amplified and sequenced,and compared with BLASTN sequencing results in NCBI database.Results of the 47 ESBLs positive strains,14 carried CTX-M-1 group genes.PCR products were analyzed by DNA sequencing.The results showed that the subtype of CTX-M-1 positive strain was CTX-M-15.Conclusion there is a subtype of CTX-M-1 resistance gene in the Escherichia coli producing ESBLs Escherichia coli,which is CTX-M-15 genotype.更多还原
