一种基于迭代奇异值分解的定频干扰信号消除算法

【摘要】 采用经典的奇异值分解法难以消除旋转装置振动信号中混杂的定频干扰信号。针对大型汽轮机旋转装置运行过程中信号存在定频干扰的问题,研究一种迭代奇异值分解定频干扰消除算法,用循环迭代经典奇异值分解法逐次提取出振动信号的主分量,对其频谱特征中的定频信号成分进行筛选并剔除。采用该方法对大型滑动轴承试验装置中采集的特征信号进行分析,结果表明:该方法能够有效抑制定频干扰信号,提高采集信号的信噪比,具有较好的工程应用价值。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem of constant-frequency-signal interference in rotating machinery signals, an algorithm based on singular value decomposition is proposed. This paper analyzes the characteristics of oil-film pivot tilting-pad bearing and builds a sliding bearing test system. Because the classical singular value decomposition method can not be directly applied to the constant-frequency-signal interference removal of mechanical vibration signals, an iterative singular value decomposition constant-frequency-signal interference cancellation algorithm is studied. It is a cyclic iterative classical singular value decomposition method to extract the main components of the vibration signal successively. And based on the main component of the spectrum features to filter out the frequency components. The experimental results show that this method can effectively suppress constant-frequency-signal interference and has certain engineering application value.
