【摘要】 以国家青少年体育俱乐部为研究对象,运用文献资料、实地考察、专家访谈、逻辑分析等研究方法,以场域论为视角,在梳理理论内涵的基础上进行调查分析,探究出俱乐部发展模式主要分为行政主导模式、市场主导模式和文化主导模式三种模式,并对模式的形成因素、特征及优缺点进行分析,提出加强政府对俱乐部的扶持力度;保持俱乐部行政隶属关系;构建行政-市场-文化一体化模式;拓展外部的发展环境;树立全体化发展目标等五项优化措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 From the point of view of field theory and based on the analysis of this theory’ content,the purpose of this paper is to find the development of teenager sports clubs while the national teenager sports club is the studying objective. There are three main development models,which are politics leading,market leading and culture leading. By analyzing the formation,feature,advantages and disadvantages of these models,this paper will give five suggestions. Firstly,government should enhance the power of help for the club; Secondly,government should keep the politics subordinate relationship; thirdly,it should build a model which combine with politics,market and culture; fourthly,it should expand the extra development environment;Fifthly,it should build the perspective of integral development.更多还原
