【摘要】 我国政府历来重视对少数民族经济发展的建设,西部大开发是促进我国西部经济发展的一个重大战略,同时是加强少数民族经济建设的一个立足点。少数民族经济的发展离不开经济权利的法律保障。鉴于此,文章在西部大开发的背景下重点研究少数民族经济权利的实现问题,探讨了少数民族经济权利的概念以及内容,分析我国少数民族经济权利保障的现状以及存在的问题,并有针对性地提出了西部大开发背景下少数民族经济权利的保障建议,以期对完善我国少数民族经济权利的法律建设提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Our government has always attached importance to the construction of the economic development of ethnic minorities. The western development is a major strategy to promote the economic development of Western China,and also a foothold for strengthening the economic construction of ethnic minorities. The economic development of ethnic minorities can not be separated from the legal protection of economic rights. In view of this, this article in the implementation of western development under the background of focusing on the economical rights of ethnic groups, and discusses the concept of minority economic rights as well as the content, analysis of China’s ethnic minority economic rights to protect the status quo and existing problems, and according to the economical rights of ethnic groups put forward the background of west development suggestions, in order to provide reference for the legal construction to improve the economic rights of minorities in china.更多还原
