【摘要】 运用数据包络分析(DEA)模型对2009年至2013年我国建筑业生产效率进行研究,总结导致我国建筑行业生产效率低下的原因主要有五个方面:产业结构配置不合理、从业人员素质不高、行业设备利用率低、建筑市场竞争激烈以及建筑企业管理水平较低。并针对性地提出相关建议,对推进建筑业供给侧结构性改革、建筑产业现代化、提高建筑业生产效率和建筑业的健康可持续发展具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The data envelopment analysis(DEA) model is applied to study the production efficiency of China’ s construction industry from 2009 to 2013. The main reasons for the low production efficiency of China’ s construc-tion industry are concluded as: the unreasonable industrial structure, the low-quality of employees, low utilization rate of industrial equipment, fierce competition in the construction market and low level of management in construc-tion enterprises. On this basis, the relevant suggestions are putted forward in a targeted manner, which is of great significance to promote the structural reform of the supply side, modernize, the production efficiency improvement and the healthy and sustainable development of the construction industry.更多还原
