耐水PVA纳米纤维空气过滤薄膜的制备及性能
Preparation and Properties of Water-resistant Polyvinyl Alcohol Nanofiber Air Filter Membrane
【摘要】 采用静电纺丝技术,以戊二醛为后交联剂,探讨不同戊二醛浓度对PVA纤维薄膜耐水性的影响。采用扫描电子显微镜、红外光谱对PVA纤维薄膜的微观形貌、分子结构进行了表征,测试了薄膜的耐水性,固体悬浮微粒吸附率、过滤效率及过滤阻力。结果表明:经戊二醛交联处理,PVA纤维形态没有破坏,耐水性显著提高,戊二醛浓度变化对耐水性影响不大。耐水PVA纤维膜对空气中的固体微粒有明显的过滤效果,对粒径≥2. 5μm微粒过滤效率高达79. 75%。
【Abstract】 Polyvinyl alcohol( PVA) nanofiber membranes with good water resistance were obtained by post-crosslinking PVA electrospun membranes by using glutaraldehyde as a cross-linking agent. The effect of different glutaraldehyde concentrations on the water resistance of PVA membranes was investigated. The microstructure and molecular structure of the membranes were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy. The water resistance,the adsorption rate of solid suspended particles,the filtration efficiency and the filtration resistance were tested.The results showed that the morphology of the PVA fiber was not substantially destroyed,and the water resistance of the membrane was significantly increased after cross-linking treatment with glutaraldehyde. The change of glutaraldehyde concentration had little effect on the water resistance of the membrane. The water-resistant membrane had a significant filtering effect on the solid particles in the air,and the filtration efficiency was up to 79. 75% for particle size ≥ 2. 5 μm.
