一种新型的热过滤装置在实验教学中的应用

【摘要】 传统的重结晶教学实验中的热过滤操作存在着安全系数低、操作繁琐、收率低的弊端。新型热过滤装置,将布氏漏斗放置在电加热水蒸气恒温槽内,实现布氏漏斗的快速加热和持续保温。恒温水槽和水蒸气发生器可通过电位调节器、控温开关控制加热量,确保水槽内保持设定的温度值,使布氏漏斗温度可控,实验更加精确。装置内部设有真空系统,无需外置真空泵装置。布氏漏斗、抽滤瓶与真空泵之间的巧妙连接,使热过滤操作变得更加简便、安全和快速。

【Abstract】 In the traditional recrystallization teaching experiment,the hot filtration operation has the disadvantages of low safety factor,complicated operation and low yield. In the new type of thermal filtration device,the Buchner funnel is placed in an electrically heated steam thermostatic bath to achieve rapid heating and continuous heat preservation of the Buchner funnel. The constant temperature water tank and steam generator can control the heating amount through the potential regulator and the temperature control switch to ensure that the set temperature value is maintained in the water tank,making the temperature of the Buchner funnel controlled,and the experiment more accurate. The vacuum system inside the device avoids the use of an external vacuum pump device. The clever connection between the Buchner funnel,the suction filter bottle and the vacuum pump makes the hot filtration operation easier,safer and faster.
