石墨烯/炭黑/天然橡胶复合材料的制备与性能研究

【摘要】 采用硅烷偶联剂KH570改性氧化石墨烯,并还原制备石墨烯。用机械共混的方法制备石墨烯/炭黑/天然橡胶复合材料,研究了石墨烯/炭黑/天然橡胶复合材料的力学性能、导热性能、磨耗性能以及复合材料的微观结构,并与炭黑/天然橡胶复合材料性能对比。结果表明,石墨烯添加1 phr石墨烯,石墨烯/炭黑/天然橡胶复合材料的裤形撕裂强度提升显著,提高了40%。老化前磨耗降低17.1%,老化后磨耗降低10.2%。添加了1.5 phr石墨烯,石墨烯/炭黑/天然橡胶复合材料导热系数提高了17%左右。

【Abstract】 The modified graphene oxide(MGO) was prepared by treating graphene oxide with KH570. The graphene(GE)/carbon black(CB)/natural rubber(NR) composites were prepared by mechanical mixing method. Properties of GE/CB/NR composites in mechanical properties,thermal conductivity and abrasion resistance were investigated and compared with the properties of CB/NR composites,the microstructure properties of GE/CB/NR was characterized by SEM. The results showed that when graphene added 1 phr of graphene,the tear strength of the graphene/carbon black/natural rubber composites significantly increased by 40%. Abrasion decreased by 17. 1% before aging,and decreased by10. 2% after aging. With the addition was 1. 5 phr of graphene,the thermal conductivity of graphene/carbon black/natural rubber composites increased by about 17%.
