响应曲面法优化虎杖多糖提取工艺

【摘要】 采用超声浸提法提取了虎杖多糖,选择料液比、提取温度和提取时间作为单因素实验,利用响应曲面法优化其提取工艺,并应用红外光谱检测多糖的理化特征。结果显示虎杖多糖提取的最优条件为:料液比1∶25(g/m L),提取温度81℃、提取时间101 min。在此条件下虎杖多糖提取率理论值为192.46 mg/g,实测值为194.88 mg/g。优化后的工艺是提取虎杖多糖简单高效的方法,有利于其在药品及保健食品中的广泛应用。

【Abstract】 Polygonum cuspidatum polysaccharides were extracted by ultrasonic,solid-liquid ratio,extraction temperature and extraction time were selected as a single factor,and response surface methodology was applied to optimize the extraction conditions. The physicochemical characteristics of Polygonum cuspidatum polysaccharides were further studied by FTIR. The results showed that optimum extraction conditions were as follows: the ratio of material to liquid was1∶25( g/m L),the extraction temperature was 81 ℃ and the extraction time was 101 min. Under the above conditions,the prediction yield of polysaccharide yield was 192. 46 mg/g and verifying result was 194. 88 mg/g. The optimum extraction conditions were simple and efficient. It would be helpful for the application of Polygonum cuspidatum in food and pharmaceutical industries.
