一体化油相在现场混装乳化炸药中应用研究

【摘要】 介绍了一种可用于制备乳化基质的新型一体化油相(BMO)。通过对基质绝对粘度、自然储存、敏化性能、抗水性能的测试,系统研究了BMO制备的乳化基质综合性能,并与国外进口一体化油相(IOP)进行了对比,测试结果表明BMO一体化油相具有高的乳化效率,其制备的乳化基质具有良好的贮存稳定性和优异的爆炸性能。现场工业试验的结果也证明BMO一体化油相制备的混装炸药综合性能优良,适宜于现场混装乳化炸药生产。

【Abstract】 A new type of integrated oil phase( BMO) which could be used to prepare emulsified matrix was introduced. The comprehensive performances of emulsion matrix were studied,such as dynamic viscosity,natural storage,water resistance,sensitization properties and other methods. The integrations of imported oil phase( IOP) were compared.The results showed that the BMO integrated oil phase had high emulsifying efficiency,and its emulsified matrix had good storage stability and excellent explosive properties. Further verification in the field of industrial applications indicated that the comprehensive performance of BMO integrated oil phase for explosive preparation was good,which was suitable for site mixed emulsion explosive production.
