二阶校正三维荧光测定大气污染源中苯并(a)蒽
Rapid Determination of Benzo( a) anthracene in Air Pollution Source Samples by Alternating Trilinear Decomposition Combined with Three-dimensional Fluorescence Spectroscopy
【摘要】 建立了一种激发发射矩阵荧光结合基于交替三线性分解(ATLD)的二阶校正方法,快速精准检测大气污染源如油污、油烟气和烟囱灰样品中苯并(a)蒽(BaA)含量。在N=5时,ATLD获得3种样品中BaA的平均回收率分别为98.0%±5.0%、86.7%±2.3%和108.2%±3.4%,预测均方根误差分别为0.33 ng/m L、0.64 ng/m L和0.37 ng/m L。结果表明,该方法能在多种背景干扰下检测大气污染源中BaA含量,且方法准确快速,检测限低,绿色环保。
【Abstract】 A second-order calibration method based on an array of excited emission matrix fluorescence coupled with an alternating trilinear decomposition algorithm( ATLD) was developed. The content of benzo( a) anthracene( Ba A) in air pollution sources such as greasy dirt,oil smoke and flue dust were detected. Using ATLD algorithm( N = 5),the obtained average recoveries of Ba A were 98. 0% ±5. 0%、86. 7% ±2. 3% and 108. 2% ±3. 4%,respectively,RMSEP were0. 33 ng/m L,0. 64 ng/m L and 0. 37 ng/m L,respectively. The results showed that this method could detect the contents of Ba A in air pollution source even in presence of uncalibrated interferences,and the experimental results were accurate and effective.
