【摘要】 在对4所德国应用科学大学的走访以及人才培养模式深入了解的基础上,笔者介绍了德国的"双元制"人才培养模式和以实践为主的教学模式-包括:强调实验与实训的重要性、以就业为导向注重学生企业实习、以实际应用为导向的毕业论文或毕业设计。经过比较,提出了针对我国应用型大学化学化工类专业在人才培养模式、专业建设、实践教学、双师型师资队伍建设以及实验室建设等几个方面的启示和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the exchanging and further insights of four applied science university in Germany,the "dual system"talent training models and the teaching patterns based on practice for the German colleges were introduced,including the strengthening of experiments,the special practice and the employment-oriented enterprise practice for the students and the intensifying of the practical application-oriented graduation papers or graduation designs. By the comparisons and analysis,for the chemistry and chemical disciplines of the applied-oriented university in China,some enlightenments and suggestions in terms of discipline construction, talent training models, practical teaching, the development of teachers’ team with "double qualifications",the construction about laboratories and so on were proposed.更多还原
