【摘要】 主要阐述6S管理理论的内容,根据高校实验室的现状,提出在实验室日常管理中引入6S管理模式的必要性。以无机化学实验室为例,介绍了6S管理模式在实验室环境、试剂管理、仪器管理、人员素质培养、安全工作等方面的具体应用。采用6S管理模式后实验室管理质量显著提高,这对高校实验室规范化管理、培养师生良好实验习惯、塑造实验室良好环境有着重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The theory of the 6 S management was mainly expounded. According to the present situation of university laboratories,the necessity of introducing 6 S management mode in the daily management of laboratory was put forward.Taking Inorganic Chemistry laboratory as an example,the applications of 6 S management model in laboratory environment,reagent management,instrument management,personnel quality training,safety work,and so on,were introduced. After the adoption of 6 S management mode,the quality of laboratory management was improved remarkably.
