生物滴滤塔处理甲硫醚气体动力学模型的研究
Study on Dynamics Model of Removing Dimethyl Sulfide by Biotrickling Filter
【摘要】 在生物滴滤塔内描述宏观动力学,建立塔内甲硫醚的浓度分布和降解理论模型,结合实验对建立的模型进行验证,得到Km=18.7 g·m-3,νmax=112.1 g·m-3·h-1。当进气浓度为10100 g·m-3时,随进气浓度的增加出气浓度逐渐增加,甲硫醚去除率逐渐下降,随着填料高度的增加,气体浓度不断减小,模型预测结果与实验结果差值增加。在进气流量为115 L·min-1时,随进气流量的增加,甲硫醚的去除率降低,实验与模型预测结果基本一致,进气流量增加两者误差在5%内波动。
【Abstract】 The degradation reaction was described in the biotrickling filter.The concentration distribution and the biodegradation model of the dimethyl sulfide were built in the biotrickling filter.The experimental results were used to verify the theory model.The results showed that Kmwas 18.7 g·m-3,νmaxwas 112.1 g·m-3·h-1.When the inlet concentration was 10100 g·m-3,the outlet concentration increased with the increase of inlet concentration and the removal of dimethyl sulfide rate decreased.And the dimethyl sulfide concentration decreased with the increase of packed height.The difference between the model predictions and the experimental results was increased.When the inlet gas flow of dimethyl sulfide was 115 L·min-1,the removal rate of dimethyl sulfide decreased with the increase of inlet gas flow,but the experimental results were in good agreement with the model predictions.The experimental and model predictions fluctuate was within 5%with inlet gas flow increase.
