对称二环己基六元瓜环与对苯二胺的相互作用(英文)
Interaction of a symmetrical dicyclohexanocucurbit[6]uril with p-phenylenediamine
【摘要】 利用X射线单晶衍射、核磁光谱、等温量热滴定研究α,δ-二环己基六元瓜环与对苯二胺盐酸盐在固态及溶液中的结合作用。实验结果表明,α,δ-二环己基六元瓜环与对苯二胺盐酸盐在固相和溶液中都以1∶1形成包合物。等温量热滴定结果表明,这两种组分结合能力很强,结合常数为1.03×105L·mol-1。
【Abstract】 Binding interactions between α,δ-dicyclohexanocucurbit[6]uril( α,δ-( CyH)2 Q[6]) and the HCl salt of p-phenylenediaminium in both the solid state and in aqueous solution were investigated with X-ray crystallography,1H NMR spectroscopy and isothermal titration calorimetry( ITC). The experimental results revealed a 1 ∶1 inclusion complex between α,δ-(CyH)2 Q[6] and p-phenylenediaminium in both solid and solution. ITC results indicated strong binding between the two components with a binding constant of 1.03×105 L·mol-1.
