【摘要】 目的:拟探讨针灸治疗OAB的诊疗特点。方法:通过电子检索中英文数据库中近10年针灸治疗膀胱过度活动症的相关文献,分析总结针灸治疗膀胱过度活动症的治疗方法、辨病辨证特点、选穴、频率、疗程、疗效评价及疗效。结果:共纳入15篇文献,通过统计分析可知针灸治疗本病:(1)治疗方法以电针为主(8/15,53.33%);(2)以辨病取穴多见(13/15,86.67%),主要选用腰骶部及小腹部腧穴,选用频次较多的穴位为:中极(9/15,60%),次髎(8/15,53.33%),关元、三阴交(7/15,46.67%),肾俞、气海(6/15,40%),会阳、膀胱俞(5/15,33.33%);(3)频率以每日1次常用(9/15,60%),疗程以12次多见(3/15,20%);(4)观察指标较主观,尚缺少对治疗方法的副反应进行观察,疗效判定标准存在较大差异;(5)近期疗效较好,多数患者在治疗4周后,症状即可得到明显改善,但随访率不高,中远期疗效有待于进一步评估。结论:针灸治疗膀胱过度活动症近期疗效较好,能有效的改善患者尿急、尿频、夜尿等症状,但中远期疗效有待于进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics of diagnozing and treating OAB with acupuncture treatment. Methods: Searched the literature on treating OAB with acupuncture and moxibustion at Chinese and English database,and summarized the characteristics of syndrome differentiation,acupoints selecting,frequency,duration of treatment,efficacy and evaluation. Results: 15 papers were included. Through statistical analysis,it was known that while treating the disease by acupuncture and moxibustion:(1) electroacupuncture was the mainly used treating method(8/15,53. 33%);(2) acupoints in accordance with syndromes were taken more,accounting for(13/15,86.67%). Lumbosacral and small abdominal acupoints were main selection. The acupoints used more frequency were CV-3(9/15,60%),BL-32(8/15,53. 33%),CV-4,SP-6(7/15,46. 67%),BL-23,CV-6(6/15,40%),BL-35,and BL-28(5/15,33.33%);(3) The frequency was one time a day(9/15,60%),and the treatment course was usually 12 times(3/15,20%);(4) the observation indexes were more subjective,and lack of observation on side effects of treatment methods. There was great difference in the criterion of curative effect.(5) The short-term effect was satisfactory. Most patients’ symptoms could be significantly improved after 4 weeks’ treatment. But the follow-up rate was insufficient,and the long-term efficacy needed further evaluation. Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion has good short-term effect in treating overactive bladder. It can effectively improve the symptoms such as urgency,urination,and nocturia. However,the evidence level is not high,and the long-term effect is to be further studied.更多还原
